Our board is made up of passionate individuals with deep personal and professional ties to the autonomic community. Each member has been thoughtfully chosen for their expertise, dedication, and shared mission: to ensure that autonomic disorders receive the research, education, and innovative solutions they urgently deserve. Together, we’re working to create lasting change for doctors, patients and families everywhere.
Craig Coleby
Craig Coleby, MD, FAAP, is a multifaceted physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, and Autonomic Disorders. His board certifications and additional fellowship training in these disciplines reflect his unwavering commitment to his profession and his patients. He joined Granger Medical Clinic in 2010 after working for Greater Houston Emergency Physicians (GHEP) in Houston, Texas, bringing with him over 4,000 hours of pediatric and adult emergency room experience.
Melissa Cortez
Melissa Cortez, DO, is a neurologist who has specialized expertise in neurological diseases affecting the autonomic nervous system (autonomic neurology), as well as multiple sclerosis (MS). She is board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology (EMG, nerve conduction studies, evoked potentials, and autonomic testing). Dr. Cortez is the director and founder of the autonomic physiology lab at the University of Utah and has integrated a research program into her clinical work, aiming to better understand the underlying physiology of symptoms her patients experience. This knowledge is aimed at improving diagnostic strategies, improved selection of treatment options, and improving outcomes.
Peter Rowe
Peter C. Rowe is a physician and academic. A leading researcher in chronic fatigue syndrome, he is Professor of Pediatrics, Sunshine Natural Wellbeing Foundation Professor of Chronic Fatigue and Related Disorders, and Director of the Children’s Center Chronic Fatigue Clinic at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
